Can we customize our package?

What systems do you support?

Absolutely! No two orgs are alike and neither are their needs. We can always tailor our approach to suit your culture, the size of your team, and the desired outcomes. Book a discovery call to discuss those custom options with us.

We’ve designed our admin support packages to align with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If you don’t use either of these, we can discuss your specific needs in our discovery call.

Does my location matter?

We're equipped to serve you no matter where you're based. Ideally, we'll assign a Squad Leader who operates in the same time zone as you.

Why do some packages require a minimum commitment?

Yes, our CEO COMMAND CENTER and ADMIN LIEUTENANT packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This is not a Band-Aid solution. You and your org deserve the dedicated time and commitment it takes to analyze, test, and implement systems that will truly benefit you long-term. You will only realize the full value with our minimum commitment time frame of 3 months.

Do you offer in-person support?

Our entire team is virtual, and we effectively manage across time zones using all the technology at our disposal to bring you the highest quality service. Serving you virtually also allows us to keep our overhead low and maximize the investment in the best humans to service your engagement with us!

How will I possibly manage to work with a team of admins?

We’ve designed our admin support packages to align with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If you don’t use either of these, we can discuss your specific needs in our discovery call.

How does the monthly fee for the Talent Task Force package work?

You are billed the fee each month that we are actively recruiting for the role - if we fill it in the first month, then you won't be charged for any subsequent months. And if you have multiple openings for the same role, you'll only be charged once per month for that role.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can choose to pay your entire invoice on the 1st of each month or divide your payments between the 1st and the 15th. If you choose to divide your payments, we do require that you are setup for automatic payments. Just let us know your preference during our discovery call.
